Estimating the selling price of your apartment: mistakes not to make

Depending on whether you rate your apartment significantly higher or lower in average quality, you can choose to add up to plus or minus 30% to it.
For example, an apartment on the top floor with elevator, renovated, renovated, new, unobstructed views, a good plan, beautiful volumes, in a quiet area, will be estimated at around average price +30%.
A low light and noisy ground floor for its part has an average price of -30%.
