Its role is thus to prospect and analyze its various databases and networks, always keeping in mind the precise criteria established beforehand. • Targeting the needs of your customer

  • Negotiate the price of a property with sellers

Choosing the right status to become a real estate hunter

With the T card

The T card is a professional card issued by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry to insure real estate transactions. Obtaining it requires certain conditions such as a state diploma or solid experience in the world of real estate.

Once you have a T-card in your pocket, you can become an apartment hunter independently by opening your own agency or by joining a franchise where the network is insured.

Without a T card

It is also possible to become a house hunter without a T card, as a simple real estate agent. In this case, you work for a network or an agent who provides you with an authorization certificate. This independent activity can be carried out under the status of microenterprise, as a wage portage or as an employee within an agency.

Whether or not you have a T card, continuing education of at least 14 hours must be followed each year by any real estate professional.

Not living in Paris, we called on Susan from Talk to me about Paris to find our footing. The exchanges were very pleasant thanks to her quality of listening, her availability, her professionalism, her responsiveness and her interpersonal skills. Its assets served our research and we were lucky enough to quickly find the rare pearl despite our requirements. Her knowledge of the Parisian market meant that she directed us to a neighborhood that we did not have the idea of selecting and we do not regret for a second having listened to her.
